New factory brings jobs to Cambodian women
After spending six months working in Cambodia, Leah Rodrigues’ noticed that despite local people taking part in industry training programs when they finished there were few or no jobs to go into.
She was inspired to do something about it. She set up Holi Studios — a three-storey factory in Siem Reap which now employs six Cambodian women full-time who have completed its training.
