Women entrepreneurs call for tax reform in Cambodia

Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association joined others from Cambodia’s private sector to urge the government to reform the tax system in order to help small and medium business reduce operating costs.

The issues were raised during a meeting between private sector entrepreneurs and officials of the General Department of Taxation under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Keo Mom, president of the Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association joined other entrepreneurs to ask for practical guidelines to understand the complicated tax law and to reduce tax rates on products made by small and medium businesses.
