Myanmar women need better access to justice according to a recently launched report.

The United Nations’ report, titled Women’s Access to Justice in Plural Legal Systems in Myanmar, was discussed by a panel in Naypyidaw.

Over 400 women were interviewed for the research which was conducted between 2013-14 in Kachin, Chin and Mon states, and Rangoon Division.
