Women Ignite Stability & Economic Recovery (WISER) Program Evaluation Report (2023)

This report is an evaluation of the Women Ignite Stability & Economic Recovery (WISER) Program, led by Women’s Rights Action Movement (WRAM) in Solomon Islands, in partnership with IWDA. The program focused on increasing women’s political leadership through the introduction of Temporary Special Measures legislation, as well as empowering young women and strengthening the women’s rights movement in Solomon Islands. The evaluation found that the program achieved significant gains across these focus areas, despite facing difficult contextual barriers.
