Study finds that companies with more women leaders are more profitable

New data from the Peterson Institute for International Economics and EY shows that when women make up at least 30% of leadership positions in companies, 6% is added to net profit margins.

Analysed results from 21,980 global, publicly traded companies in 91 different countries show that female leadership is associated with higher profitability.
