Voter Education Project – Final Evaluation Report

This report describes the findings of an independent evaluation of the Bougainville Women’s Federation’s (BWF) Voter Education Project (VEP).

The evaluation was commissioned by the International Women’s Development Agency (IWDA) as the Grant Provider, under the auspices of the Pacific Women Shaping Pacific Development Program (Pacific Women), funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
