IWDA Knowledge Translation Framework

IWDA conducts knowledge translation activities to advance systemic change towards gender equality for all. We understand knowledge translation to consist of a series of distinct, but inter-related, actions to create knowledge, move evidence and feminist concepts into the hands of people who will use it, and to support its use by policy-makers, funders, and women’s rights organisations (WROs). We consider knowledge to include both academic and non-academic forms of knowing.
