Papua New Guinea’s Women in Leadership group campaign to end violence against women
Papua New Guinea’s Women in Leadership group recently presented a report on gender equity and social inclusion as part of calls to end violence against women.
Former Papua New Guinea cabinet minister Dame Carol Kidu said the current behaviour reflects a very confused society.
“If we educate our population as much as possible in both the old and the new and get some reflective analysis of getting the best from the old and the best from the new rather than the worst from each,” she said.
