New Women’s Resource Centre to create opportunities for women in Fiji


A New Women’s Resource centre has opened in Semo Village, Nadroga.

Village Soqosoqo Vakamarama chairperson Temalesi Navolu said:

“It is expected to generate income and skills training opportunities for our rural women in Semo.”

The Fijian Government gave the Semo Women’s Group $30,720.77 to build the resource centre.

It was built on the highway to give women a better connection to potential customers.
