Cambodian women face major economic challenges

Many women in Cambodia are forced into menial labour from of a lack of education and limited economic opportunities.

A wide range of factors need to be addressed in order to improve the lives on Cambodian women. Policymakers must create more opportunities for the women affected by poverty, and understand the importance of education in obtaining good work.
