Anti-violence plays earn Solomon Islands producer international award
Rhian Gatu Sanau leads a theatre group in the Solomon Islands and was recently selected by the British Council Encounters campaign for a personal leadership award.
Ms Sanay was awarded as a change-maker for her work to combat violence against women and children.
The ‘Stages of Change’ theatre performances share an anti-violence message to inspire men and women to change their behaviour.
