Women doctor trials new digital approach for cancer diagnosis in Papua New Guinea
A women specialist pathologist and entrepreneur is part of a specialist team trialing a new approach to diagnosing cancer biopsies in Papua New Guinea.
Dr Jacklyn Joseph, from Morobe Province, is part of the team working on ePathPG (‘ePathway for PNG’).
The prototype takes digital images of tissue to diagnose cancer.
