The Significance of Skill-building

IWDA’s Funding Leadership Opportunities for Women program has assisted partners across the Pacific in the delivery of skill development and training sessions. These advocacy efforts have directly affected hundreds of women, including women candidates, rural women, young women and staff.

Activities of this nature work to enhance individual confidence and strengthen women’s organisations as a whole.
