The Broad Benefits of Women’s Leadership
Improving women’s leadership in the Pacific is the key focus of IWDA’s Funding Leadership and Opportunities for Women program. Having more women in leadership can contribute to the resolution of broader societal issues in the private and public sectors. Women’s concerns and opinions need to be taken into account to ensure gender equitable policies are implemented.
