AN OPPORTUNITY YOU WILL LOVE
The Relationship/ Major Gifts Manager holds a critical role within IWDA’s Strategic Engagement team. The right person will work closely with our wonderful donors, to help them achieve their vision of gender equality for all. This role holds responsibility for driving IWDA’s Relationship Fundraising portfolio and bringing significant fundraising income (untied and tied) to the agency.
Working alongside a dedicated, passionate and professional team, CEO and Board, you will help IWDA achieve its goal of empowering women.

You are passionate about relationship management, sales and/or fundraising, women’s rights and gender equality
You pride yourself on delivering excellent service and care for a portfolio of clients/ donors
You have demonstrated success utilising an existing portfolio of clients to meet sales or fundraising targets
You are a skilled verbal and written communicator with experience communicating with a variety of stakeholders
You take a data driven approach to your work and have a strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g. DonMan)
You possess strong financial acumen and experience in budget monitoring and management.
