Today, YWCA provides services to women and the broader Canberra community in the areas of children’s services, community development, housing, youth services, personal and professional training, and women’s leadership.

“Reporting to the People & Capability Manager and with program Directors and Managers across the organisation, the Quality and Reporting Officer will work to enhance and maintain the YWCA Canberra’s Results Based Accountability (RBA) processes and oversee all reporting; accreditation and compliance requirements. The successful applicant will have sound knowledge and experience with research and undertaking data analysis and would suit someone who is a proactive and enthusiastic individual with demonstrated experience consulting with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve process improvement and data quality outcomes.”
