IWDA is currently seeking applications for a Research and Policy Advisor. Working closely with the Senior Research and Policy Advisor and with research partners, IWDA staff and donors, the Research and Policy Advisor will contribute to, develop and manage a portfolio of research, policy and advocacy engagements that progress gender equality and IWDA’s role in providing feminist framing and analysis. This position will also contribute to organisational monitoring, evaluation and learning. Commitment to gender justice, working collaboratively and sensitivity to women’s cultural and development issues are essential to the success of this role.
